We endeavour to support our clients with up-to-date information regarding therapist fee structures, Medicare rebates, and Private Health refunds for our client services. The current Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee is $300 per hour (2023-2024). Our reception team can discuss applicable session fees. Additional service fees (such as documentation, report writing requests requiring 15 minutes or longer) will be charged proportionally to the time taken. Please discuss with your therapist.

Important Information about Medicare Rebates and Private Health Providers
- Always check with your Private Health Provider to ensure you are covered for psychology and/or counselling services in your Extras cover.
- Medicare Rebates are ONLY APPLICABLE FOR INDIVIDUAL THERAPY SESSIONS with a Clinical or General Psychologist. Please see your GP before your appointment to obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Note: MHTPs must be dated before your therapy sessions and cannot be retrospectively dated.
- Sessions are paid in full at the time of your appointment. Our reception team will process your rebate to your nominated Medicare bank account. To check your linked bank account, please log in to your MyGov app and view your nominated account details or call 132 011.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments at our clinic are in high demand. Therefore we ask that you provide 48 business hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, to minimise the impact to our therapists and any clients on our waitlists.
- More than 48 hours notice: No fee
- 24 – 48 hours notice: Half session fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee
- No show: Full session fee
