Course Information

- Gain a clear understanding of the systemic concepts and basic experiential moves of an ‘Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy’ approach
- Conceptualise relationships distress and repair based on theories of attachment and emotion
- Participate in skills development to overcome common blocks across EFCT therapy
- Develop skillful use of the five moves of ‘The EFCT Tango’.
